Sous ce vocable sont donc rassembl&eacute;s des citoyens qui souhaitent &ecirc;tre acteurs des probl&egrave;mes concernant leur quartier.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Un CIQ, c&rsquo;est qui&nbsp;?<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Un groupement de citoyens responsables, respectueux, aimant la cit&eacute; o&ugrave; ils ont choisi de vivre et &oelig;uvrant pour la qualit&eacute; de vie qu&rsquo;ils souhaitent y maintenir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Un CIQ, pour quoi faire&nbsp;?<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">&laquo;&nbsp;D&eacute;fendre l&rsquo;int&eacute;r&ecirc;t g&eacute;n&eacute;ral&raquo;&nbsp;pourrait &ecirc;tre la devise du CIQ. De nombreux domaines sont vis&eacute;s, qu&#39;il s&#39;agisse de cadre et de qualit&eacute; de vie, d&#39;environnement, de s&eacute;curit&eacute;, de transports, de politique de la ville, d&#39;am&eacute;nagement de l&#39;espace, de d&eacute;veloppement &eacute;conomique, d&#39;habitat&#8230;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le CIQ ne se substitue pas aux associations syndicales de lotissements ou syndics de copropri&eacute;t&eacute;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Un CIQ, comment&nbsp;?<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le statut d&rsquo;un CIQ est celui d&rsquo;une association. Participation, concertation, consultation des populations concern&eacute;es et b&eacute;n&eacute;volat y sont de rigueur. Les &eacute;lus de la Commune, de la CAPA (Communaut&eacute; d&rsquo;Agglom&eacute;ration du Pays d&rsquo;Aix), du D&eacute;partement, de la R&eacute;gion et les responsables des administrations publiques ou priv&eacute;es sont ses interlocuteurs. Les CIQ du pays d&rsquo;Aix sont ses partenaires. Le CIQ est ouvert &agrave; tous, il est apolitique.Les limites territoriales de comp&eacute;tence du CIQ sont celles de l&#39;ensemble de la Commune et de toute autre zone o&ugrave; la commune se trouverait impliqu&eacute;e.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><u><strong>Un CIQ agr&eacute;&eacute; au titre &quot;d&#39;AAPE&quot;&nbsp;pour la commune de Venelles<\/strong><\/u><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le CIQ de Venelles a obtenu <a href=\"http:\/\/ciqdevenelles.free.fr\/pdf\/agrement.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Voir l&#39;arr&ecirc;t&eacute; d&eacute;livrant l&#39;agr&eacute;ment\">son agr&eacute;ment<\/a> au titre d&#39;<strong>A<\/strong>ssociation <strong>A<\/strong>gr&eacute;&eacute;e pour la <strong>P<\/strong>rotection de l&#39;<strong>E<\/strong>nvironnement <strong>&quot;AAPE&quot;<\/strong> pour la commune de VENELLES au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do;jsessionid=56E36AAD01843A3C7B778945DB434654.tpdjo01v_2?idArticle=LEGIARTI000006832962&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006074220&amp;dateTexte=20080501\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Voir l&#39;article L141-1\">titre de l&#39;article L141-1<\/a> du code de l&#39;Environnement dont voici <a href=\"http:\/\/ciqdevenelles.free.fr\/pdf\/prerogatives%20AAPE_mise-a-jour-4Aout2009.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Voir les pr&eacute;rogatives &agrave; jour 4 Aout 2009\">les pr&eacute;rogatives.<\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La gestion et l&#39;administration sont de la comp&eacute;tence d&#39;un Conseil d&#39;Administration.
